What happens after the pilot phase?

After the pilot phase, you decide whether to keep the machine. There's no pressure and no automatic renewal.

Who pays for electricity?

Power consumption is about 2-3 kWh per day (approximately €20-30 per month). The club covers this cost, but it's more than offset by the revenue share.

How often is the machine restocked?

That depends on usage. We monitor inventory remotely and restock before products run out – typically every 2-4 weeks.

What if there are technical problems?

We take care of it! For issues, we're typically on-site within 24-48 hours.

Can we help decide which products are offered?

Yes! We discuss the product range with you and adapt it to your members' preferences.
